Why have a Look At Me Now Recognition?
There are many graduates from MCHS who have gone on to successful careers,
attained unique goals, and/or made significant contributions to the school,
community and society in general. These individuals are an inspiration to
our current students who are in the process of goal development.
When is selection made?
Applications are being accepted throughout the 2006-2007 school year, with
selections being made quarterly. The deadline for fourth quarter selection
is March 15.
Who Qualifies to be Nominated?
Graduates from 1981 through 2001 qualify to be submitted for consideration.
There are no specific criteria for admittance to Look At Me Now. The selection
committee relies upon input from a variety of sources, and one of the most
important sources is the nomination of candidates by fellow alumni who are,
many times, more familiar with the accomplishments of their classmates than
anyone else.
After candidates are selected, they will be notified of selection and asked
to submit a current photograph for their panel. Panels will be posted at MCHS
until rotation of panels is deemed appropriate by the selection committee.
Panels will be gifted to the candidate upon rotation.
Where are Look At Me Now Panels Located?
The recognition wall will be in the south commons and lobby of MCHS.
